DAMD

The instrument was built to provide assurance.  The mother program initiates the child program.  The child program attempts the presumed impossible task of 1/0.  When the child fails, the mother will reinitialize the child,  log the failure, and illuminate the red indicator light.  Should the child succeed, the green indicator  light will illuminate and other consequences are as of yet unknown.
